Calculations use real zoning rules, FSI tables, and building regulations (e.g. AMC bylaws for Ahmedabad). You input your own land cost, construction rates, and sale prices — the results are as accurate as your inputs.

Yes — during your trial or on a paid plan. Create a team, invite members, share reports to the team library, and discuss projects together. You can also export PDF reports to share externally with clients and banks. Team features are not available on the free plan.
