During the 7-day trial you get unlimited access to all 8+ calculator types, unlimited saved reports, PDF report exports, team creation and collaboration, and full editing and deletion of reports. After the trial ends, you can purchase a paid plan or your account moves back to the free plan.

After the trial, you can purchase a paid plan to keep full access, or your account returns to the free plan. On the free plan you can save up to 2 reports using the Residential Feasibility calculator. PDF exports, team collaboration, and other calculator types are not available on the free plan. Your existing reports remain accessible.

Calculations use real zoning rules, FSI tables, and building regulations (e.g. AMC bylaws for Ahmedabad). You input your own land cost, construction rates, and sale prices — the results are as accurate as your inputs.
